• You may now pay City of Winona taxes online. In order to make an online payment the parcel number, address, name of property owner, EXACT payment amount including penalties if applicable, telephone number, and email address are required. A processing fee will be charged on all online payments.

• If you have multiple parcel numbers, you must make a separate online payment for each parcel number and pay a separate processing fee for each transaction.

• You MUST pay the EXACT amount of taxes owed including penalties if applicable. Any payments received that are not exactly the amount due will be rejected the following business day and refunded to the payment method used. Rejected payments may be incur additional penalties.

• Any online payments that cannot be verified due to incorrect information such as parcel number, property owner name, and EXACT payment amount will be rejected the following business day and refunded to the payment method used.
